Ingredients
Each tablet contains the Active Ingredients: Aluminium Hydroxide- Dried 400 mg (equivalent to 50% Aluminium Oxide, Anhydrous, Magnesium Hydroxide 400 mg, Simethicone 40 mg, Sucrose, Mannitol (2.88 g/12 tablets)
Does not contain: Lactose, Gluten and Saccharin Sodium
Directions
Stop use after two weeks, except on medical advice.
Adults and children over 12 years: Chew 1-2 tablets, 3-4 times a day, after meals and half an hour before bed.
Do not exceed more than 12 tablets in 24 hours.
Warnings
- Store below 25°C.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Contains 6.7g of mannitol per maximum recommended daily dose. Products containing mannitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
- Do not use Mylanta:
- Within 2 hours of taking any other medication
- If carton seal is broken or missing, or if tablet foil is broken
- Ask doctor before use if:
- you have been taking Mylanta continuously for 14 days
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- you are under 12 years of age.
- you have been vomiting
- you have been passing blood
- you have any medical condition or are taking any other medicines.
- you have kidney disease or are on a magnesium restricted diet.
