Bisolvon® Dry Liquid provides soothing relief from a dry, irritating cough. It is available in a pleasant apricot vanilla flavour.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients per 5mL: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10mg
Contains: Hydroxybenzoates and Saccharin
Does not contain: Alcohol, Sugar, Colour, Gluten and Lactose.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 5-15mL, every 4 – 6 hours when necessary. Do not exceed 4 doses in a 24 hour period.
Children 6 – 11 years of age: 2.5-7.5mL, every 4 – 6 hours when necessary. Do not exceed 4 doses in a 24 hour period.
Use in children aged 6 – 11 only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Warnings
- Store below 25°C.
- Do not take Bisolvon Dry Oral Liquid:
- If you are allergic to bromhexine or to any of the other ingredients in Bisolvon Dry Oral Liquid
- If you are breastfeeding, or intend to breastfeed.
- If you are taking, or have taken in the previous 14 days a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).
- In children under 6 years of age.
- Do not take Bisolvon Dry Oral Liquid if you have the following medical conditions:
- asthma
- a lung condition called chronic obstructive airways disease (COAD or COPD)
- respiratory failure
- pneumonia
- shallow breathing (respiratory depression)
- fructose intolerance
- mastocytosis
