Can I cancel an online order?

Please contact us urgently on 02 9622 4900 or email us at [email protected].

Any orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will need to be posted back at the expense of the customer. 

Can I have someone else pick-up my order (Click & Collect)?

Yes, you can definitely have someone else pick up your order, however you will need to email us at [email protected] with the invoice number and the full name of the person picking up the order.

I have received my order and it is faulty/damaged/incorrect, what do I do?

We do our best to ensure all orders are processed correctly. If an item is faulty, damaged or does not match the description, please email us within 7 days of receiving the order at [email protected] and one of our staff will be in touch as soon as possible.

Can I Refund or Exchange orders that I have placed online?

Refunds and exchanges will be allowed in accordance to our REFUND POLICY

What if I don’t receive any updates on my orders?

You will receive a confirmation email right after your purchase. Please allow at least 2 business days for staff to process your order.

Do you have a Justice of the Peace?
