RHINOCORT is suitable to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis (hayfever) in adults and children 12 years and over and perennial allergic rhinitis (allergies) in adults 18 years and over. See your pharmacist if symptoms are not relieved within 7 days. Do not use for more than 6 months without the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. Refer to product leaflet for more information

Ingredients
Each spray contains: Budesonide (glucocorticoid) 64 mcg
Directions
Adults and Children over 12 years old: 2 sprays into each nostril daily, either all in the morning or two sprays into each nostril in the morning and evening.
Once your allergy symptoms improve, gradually reduce the number of sprays to the lowest number that controls your symptoms
Do not use more than 4 sprays each day
How To Use:
- Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils.
- Shake the bottle well.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Hold the bottle as shown (see picture 1)
- Tilt your head slightly forward and carefully insert nozzle into nostril. The nozzle should be pointed towards the upper part of the nasal cavity. Do not spray towards the nasal septum (wall between two nostrils). See picture 2.
- Use right hand for left nostril (and left hand for right nostril). See pictures 3 and 4.
- Press the applicator down fimly between fingers and thumb to release the Rhinocort, whilst gently breathing in through the nostril.
- Repeat steps 4 to 7 in the other nostril.
- If you need more than one spray into each nostril, repeat steps 4 to 7.
- Replace the protective cap.
Warnings
- Store below 30°C
- Do not use:
- for children under 12 years of age.
- for children under 18 years of age for perennial allergic rhinitis.
- if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
- continuously for more than 6 months without the advice of your doctor.
- Ask your doctor before use if:
- you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If symptoms persist, worsen, or new symptoms appear see your doctor.
- For nasal use only.
- In the event of an overdose seek medical attention immediately.
