Each Capsule contains Active Ingredients: Zinc (as citrate dihydrate) 50 mg

Free from gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, soy products, salt, lactose, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
