Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional.

• Store below 25 ºC.
• Zinc may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for long periods of time.
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
