Each Tablet contains Active Ingredients: Vitamin D3 1000IU), calcium (as calcium carbonate) 600mg, magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 100mg, zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 15mg, boron (from borax) 1mg, copper (as copper sulfate pentahydrate) 2mg, manganese (as manganese sulfate monohydrate) 2mg and phytomenadione (Vitamin K1) 5 micrograms.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
