Directions
- Shake well before use.
- Most effective when liberally applied.
- Directly apply 5-7 Sprays on affected & most importantly surrounding areas (before, during and after everyday & sporting activities) as massage gently unitl fully absorbed, up to 2 times daily or when needed.
- Dilute if any stinging or irritation occurs.
