Each dose contains Active Ingredients: 0.5mL (1-3 yrs) Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol): 5 microgram (200 IU) Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7): 6.25 microgram 1mL (4-12 yrs) Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol): 10 microgram (400 IU) Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7): 12.5 microgram

Directions

Administer dose via syringe provided, directly into child's mouth or add to food or drink. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry.

Children 1 to 3 years: 0.5 mL daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Children 4 to 12 years: 15 mL daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Store upright below 25°C. Secure bottle cap tightly.
