Rectinol is a haemorrhoidal ointment containing a local anaesthetic, which provides temporary relief of external and internal haemorrhoids, fissures and pruritus (itching).

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Zinc Oxide 200mg, Cinchocaine Hydrochloride 5mg
Directions
Use up to three times daily (morning, noon and night) preferably after a bowel motion.
External Haemorrhoids: Apply a small amount of ointment using a clean finger.
Internal Haemorrhoids: Apply externally as above.
Screw applicator to tube, then insert applicator in rectum and squeeze tube.
Do not use for longer than 7 days without seeking medical advice.

- Store below 30°C.
- Do not use on children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
- At the first sign of bleeding or if skin irritation occurs, stop use immediately and seek medical advice.
- Use only if cap seal is broken.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- For the symptomatic relief of pain and itching associated with haemorrhoids, fissures, pruritus ani and other non-infective anorectal conditions.
- Contains Cinchocaine hydrochloride - a local anaesthetic to soothe the pain of haemorrhoids and Zinc oxide - an astringent to soothe and protect irritated skin.
